What Do You Mean by “Fun Joel’s Israel?”

So, you want to know about the blog’s name specifically? Why call it Fun Joel’s Israel? I mean, it’s not like I own the country, right?

Well, I’m a big believer in the concept of owning your experiences and putting your own spin on things. By calling this blog “Fun Joel’s Israel,” I clearly don’t mean to imply that this country is mine exclusively. Rather, it refers to this blog being about my subjective take on this country.

I hope you’ll enjoy my take on things, and that it will have an impact on your view of Israel as well. Mostly, however, I’m just here to share, and help you to create your own experience as well.
